*To give some of the new readers here an idea of just how good that a .13 drag coefficient is, consider that this streamliner 'car' has a Cd of .147 ...so pretty close to .15.
The Panhard is listed at .13, with some sources giving a Cd of .12 !

It's gonna have to be at least 1/3rd-scale to get a critical Reynolds number and correct coefficient.
