Only time will tell and I'm sure aero mods would help kick it into the 50's but it is a brand new car and I won't be making any kind of grill block or rear wheel covers unless I can make them look damn clean looking.
Also the city mpg of the Cobalt is dragging it down, 25mpg is a big overstatement on city mpg, it's more like 20 - 22mpg.
I'll be happy with anything over 50% above EPA as an average.
