28 heating oil (kerosene) and diesel difference's
Hi guys,
I recently fitted a diesel burner on my EV. The heater has very short heating times of about 1- 4 minutes between cycling, rather than the manufacturer minimum 15minute run time.
I thought it would be a good idea to run kerosene since it gives a cleaner burn. Trouble is, what I received has the same yellowish color as diesel and smells just as diesel. It also seems to be just as oily.
Any way I could find out if I've just been sent regular diesel? I was assuming kerosene would be a white/blue liquid with a different smell altogueter?
