I found a great deal of partial information on Civics like mine, although I imagine that it would be less favorable with a larger car. So far, I have found:

That is it. One guy asked about converting the steering on an earlier Camry and the thread died. I could not find anything about compatible racks, but since Toyota had not made them for years, it seems unlikely.
