Warning - not that I've ever dealt with Halo personally, but there are quite a few horror stories over on IC about how bad he is about shipping the parts.
His deals are great, but his enthusiasm for packing and shipping out the parts is apparently not so great. Probably only a good idea if you are local and can pick up the parts from him, but I wouldn't want to order anything that needed to be shipped.
