So I was thinking...

Since I have the support structure based on the non-articulating part of the swivel wheel, I should be able to install a framework off it fer a partial wheel pant. I should then be able to skin the framework with Coroplast and not worry about it hitting the front part of the belly pan as long as I keep within the swivel area of the swivel wheel.

The nose of the wheel pant should be made from rubber conveyor belt so if I do back into the curb, it can rebound back without losing its shape. Maybe the whole wheel pant should be made from rubber conveyor belt material...
