And the car has sensors to measure it behind the air filter.
Instead of asking if vehicle speed can be used to increase boost, I'm just maintaining that a grille block doesn't reduce it. I'm also not worried about increasing boost because while it helps put more air (and therefore gasoline) into the cylinder for each combustion cycle, that makes the car go less far for each drop of gasoline.
