I looked at your car online.
*I don't think that the fog light areas are a problem.There's a lot of body radius surrounding these buckets,and any disturbance would be very localized.
*The grille opening is also surrounded by a vast area in which the air is attacking,holding the flow against the body.Whether the grille block is flush,or recessed won't make much of a difference as far as drag goes.
Be careful,it looks like Hyundai has already blocked off a lot of the area near the radiator.Watch your temps closely.
