Its worth noting that we live in a world where everyone seems to be about making more HP over getting more MPG. Cold air inductions over hot, bigger cams, compression, etc. I have to re-learn about working on cars. Because most car magazines oppose everything that this forum is all about.
So my next question would be, what effect does side and rear ground effects do for the goal of increasing MPG? Something like these:
