Some time ago Dad's 2000 3.0 Caravan had a sticking rear brake. I had difficulty getting the MPGs up beyond 20 on the ScanGauge II when it was like that, after it was fixed the MPGs went up by 2-4 at least. We also had low quality fuel a few times and it tanked the MPGs; gone from 24 to 16 - and that's not city driving, it's more rural and HWY driving.
