They are mutually exclusive! We have Winter, then two weeks with no mosquitos, then mosquitos until it's too cold to enjoy the outdoors.
Well, it's not quite that bad but you better not catch a cold in those wonderful short times of nice weather and no mosquitos or you'll miss em. Ha ha.
In the City of Winnipeg they actually fog for the mosquitos. Just don't leave the City...
I added a little weather thingy to my signature that'll help me and you convert to the other's temperature scale. Current Winnipeg weather.
