Tesla losing engineers to Apple, explained

Not a secret, Apple is hurriedly making autonomous electric cars. Elon says "Well it's pretty hard to hide something if you hire over 1000 engineers to do it," and Apple has bought up interesting combinations of web domain names; Apple.car, Apple.cars, and Apple.auto. Apple's stocks had recently gone down but with a lot of cash they see an opportunity in EVs as their next successful 'product' introduction. Similarly, this would also include other Apple services and features AFTER purchasing their car. Apple wants to own the next gen of the 'old' auto industry. They will emulate the growth of the tech service-based industry model for the auto industry, like their huge apps market for their iPhones. Apple will offer a standard EV base model and make available endless options, like an autopilot package or direct digital integration as a vehicle upgrades. Most likely offer Gorilla glass as a windshield upgrade...snark...
