The shape is good,but while it IS safety glass,it's not DOT certified laminated safety glass,and we'd never be able to legally use it.

There is a Maurader,Lola GTP race car kit (about $50,000 US) with a windshield very much like Western Washington used.$3,000 last time I checked.
They said that the mold used to produce their windshield cost them $29,000.
Even tooling for the little Bede Litestar windshield is $10,000.
