freebeard,

Please check out our club's website

Space Hardware Club

We don't do much with quadcopters other than use them for testing some of our rocket and balloons payloads.

Due to campus regulations, the club itself is not actually allowed to own any quadcopters. The quadcopter you see pictured is a personally owned quadcopter that belongs to one of our club members.

We mainly focus on CubeSats, High Altitude Ballooning, Aerospace competitions, high-powered rocketry, and outreach to local schools.

Safety is one of our main focuses because if anyone ever gets hurt, we'll have no more club. All of our rockets are launched at Tripoli or NAR sanctioned launch sites which follow the rules set forth by the FAA.
