Local Dealer in Cedar Rapids Iowa has 5 speed at 12,600, about 200 miles away IL dealers are advertizing under 10 on cars.com, 2 under 9k are these prices even real?

I can't see buying used if these are real. A few more months and I'll be ready to junk the Stratus, move the Cobalt down to my 16 yo and I get a Mirage.
