I was not sure how I wanted to finish the out side ends of my bumper but now I have a few ideas.

I was driving along and saw a tractor trailer with a trailer side skirt that had vortex generators cut into it where it terminated just forward of the rear wheel and thought that's it. They are functional and look cool.

So now I just need to figure out the fine details to cut in the vortex generators.
I would like to take these edges:

And cut them on to the trailing edge of the bumper.

On the tractor trailer I saw the VGs appeared to be about 90 degrees and about 2 inches. The ones in the picture appear to be a little less than 90 degrees. The ones I see on tractor trailers are 90 degrees or more.
Does any one know specifically what size and angle I could be cutting?
