Jayco makes a box camper that size for $10,000 brand new (although the MSRP is probably $15k) and it has all the normal RV stuff, A/C, 3 way fridge, full bath, etc. They use insulated panel construction.
This looks like not a final version yet with some pics showing hard popup and some canvas. I think it should be closer to $15k like the Jayco.
The solar setup is probably worth $1000 more then the Jayco and the composting toilet probably $750 more then a traditional RV setup.
