I'm mostly thrilled by what I'm seeing from Tesla, as long as it lives up to what has been announced so far. My main concern is reliability, as I've heard some issues with the Model S, and Consumer Reports removed it from recommended due to reliability concerns. I really don't need the expense or complexity of the door handles that are motor activated.
