EM Garage - Can EPA combined include decimals?

When converting from KM/Litre through to MPG, I get 30.6 for highway and 25.8 for EPA combined, but I can't seem to enter it without it rounding up. Is there any way to get it to keep the points in there?

I know it's only small, but every little bit counts! Also, I'm already "aiming high" because the only data I could find was for a similar model that is 7 years newer than mine!

The car was made (and only sold new) in Japan, where they didn't have to publish economy figures for diesel vehicles until the year 2000 or so.

I started off with EPA (converted) figures for a Toyota that is "similar" to the Nissan I have, but that's less than ideal.
Now I have found actual Nissan data for a car 7 years newer, with smaller Cd, and EFI diesel, and I think those will have to do. It's probably a tall order, but I do like a challenge.
