Thank you!! This is really good data. In theory yhe hardware overcurrent is supposed to be 600amp (peak), and 350rms is about 500amp. My guess is that at that current the PI loop is staying relatively close to 500, but there are occassional microsecond excusions into higher current. Maybe the phase inductance reduces at that current so the phase current isnt quite as smoothed out. I'm glad the temperature monitoring got to come on as well. This is awesome!! I can't think of any tests off the top of my head.
