The rear mount (81651G) appears to float in a round cutout in the subframe with little constraint fore-and-aft. The front mounts are on about a 4" lever arm. The connection is about 6" directly above the VW transmission mount. The rear mount face is in plane with the VW engine/transmission mount.
Replace crossbar - plate box or U-shaped tube?
Toyota or VW rubber mounts or both?
