I have to say, this makes me jealous.

What kind of performance do you get from this little beast? What is the finished weight compared to the dry weight of the original scooter (406 lbs)?

Also: have you ever thought about swapping the rear tire to a 155/80R13 car tire (Geo Metro size)? It's 7% larger diameter, but only slightly wider overall and would give a much greater contact patch for longer wear and less tendency for that trike oversteer. I don't know if your speedo pickup comes from the front or rear wheel, though.
