It seems like it won't work because it takes more energy to seperate the water molecule, than what you get out, when recombined.
But thier are so many people out there that swear to it. Even the cheap eBay bottle sellers get good reviews from the purchaser.
There must be something else going on here. Maybe small amoumts of hydrogen and oxygen added to the air/fuel mixture changes the burning characteristics???
Has anyone in this forum actually tried and got positive, no, or negative results?

I made a cell out of a mason jar with a plexiglass tower with stainless steele wire wraped around the tower. I had to leave out to Ak to goto work I lost power to the unit, saw no results. I ran the leads again and melted the plexiglass tower down. I did away with the tower and replaced it with 1/32 316L stainless tig wire bent in the shape of a old radiator heater. I gained a little about 25 miles on a nearly 400 mile trip but still had to many amps to the cell. Now I have a 5 cell unit mounted in the bed of my 2001 dodge dakota ext. cab 3.8L. I had a six cell unit but I wanted to actually test the gas production to make sure it was actually making combustable gas so I hooked one cell to the battery of my truck. A little bubble appeared below the positive terminal on the cell. I pulled out my lighter, stuck it to the bubble it sounded like a 12 gauge shotgun. It blew the lid which was made of plastic to pieces. But left the jar in tact.
