I guess the lower weight due to the fiberglass body, and the 3.9L turbodiesel backed by a manual transmission (just can't remember if it's 4 or 5-speed), are enought for this Brazilian-made van named Ibiza and based in a 5th-gen Ford F-Series platform to be deemed somewhat eco in comparison to the Ford E-Series.
Ford Mondeo SW
Beetle with a weird soft-top conversion
Not sure if the Hyundai Tiburon would qualify as eco but, as it looks quite similar to the Ford ZX2, it might justify being considered eco.
S123 Merc 300TD
W124 300D
A lower-grade Diesel version of the Nissan Frontier D22 still fitted with the TD27 engine
Toyota HiAce originally RHD converted to LHD in Chile or Paraguay, currently registered in Paraguay
Mitsubishi Triton with a 4-cyl turbodiesel, manual transmission and wooden flatbed
Kombis
Peugeot Partner Origin
And this Opel Meriva, locally rebadged as a Chevy, serving as a medical car
