Having learned a lot about my Insight since buying it, I'm wondering what her endgame is going to look like with her hybrid battery.

- Can't help you with pricing. I suggest you google it. I highly doubt there's any kind of superior replacement.
- Probably not past a certain point. As a full hybrid, there is no backup starter like on the Honda IMA equipped cars. Once the battery codes, it's driveability becomes uncertain.
- Yes. It's a Sanyo NiMH battery. It would benefit from grid charging/discharging like any other. Now is probably a good time to pursue it BEFORE there is a problem.
