The price usually peaks in early to mid-summer. I wonder if that will be any different this year with oil climbing.
When fuel oil prices were peaked in the east coast,
supplies where higher than they had ever been before, then the single seller Morgan Stanley had financial issues as their ability to buy and hold was finally eroded. Thus beginning the financial crisis.
