Might have been already been swapped if it's a turbo.
Seems pricey for a car that's been sitting that long, has 150K on it and may be beyond bringing back the IMA functions in (if you're looking for good gas mileage). I'd pass it up
My son bought a nice looking fully functioning G1 Insight last year for 2200 bucks, they're out there if you look long enough
