The first thing I would suggest, given that most of your driving is around town, would be that you pick up a Scangauge. Best tool you'll find.
I would work first with a grill block, rear skirts, wheel covers, and mirror delete. That should keep you occupied for a bit and let you think more about how far you want to go with the aero mods (and none of them really look bad, most of them would be to my taste if done well,
