I think that if they aren't,it won't be long.
$150,000,000 and what crowd-sourcing Aptera could get wasn't enough capital to develop,manufacture,market,provide parts and labor support,make payroll,rent,insurance,government regulations,etc.,which are fixed costs for a manufacturer.
Tesla is losing $15,000 on every car they sell and the only income they get is from selling pollution trading credits to other corporations,which will all change very soon,when they all dump their EV 'compliance cars',as Bob Lutz has referred to them,on the market; and Tesla loses this profitable 'market.'
One might be looking at a minimum of $3,000,000,000 cash,to be able to successfully launch a single car.
