Check the torque on the plugs while you're at it, they tend to back themselves out on these things.
My first Insight was running a little rough when I bought it and I assumed it was the motor mount/3-cyl issue. But I went to check the plugs to see if they needed to be cleaned, and found that one had worked its way almost out of the hole, the only thing stopping it was the coil being screwed down
