No it isn't really. The Scanguage won't work for it. My 96 7.3 is allegedly ODBII compliant, but there are only 3 things that the Scangauge 1 will read from it. It won't do fuel economy or pretty much anything else. I know the "newer" 7.3L trucks have an economy readout, so I'm sure the SCII would work with it. We are pretty much in the "very few exceptions" category.
