I'd like to see a 2500 series diesel pickup. Some people's mileage claims are hard to swallow and the EPA doesn't require the normal fuel economy testing on them. I would suspect real world in you test to be about 20 MPG maybe 22 but I see guys talking 22 pulling a 5th wheel camper at 80 mph type garbage. A few Chevy guys are convinced they get better mpg at 80 mph then they do at 60, again hard to swallow.
One thing to factor in would be a regen cycle. Some people say that will take their 18 mpg tank they were working on down to 14 mpg in just a few minutes.
Honestly I expected a little better from the Dodge. I wonder if a manual would have been better.
