That was an empty truck on M&S tires, no aero. It is consistent with what I got since the gear change.
With my 8500 pound 5th wheel gets 12 over the same route, maybe 12. something. I get 13 only on flatter routes.

I believe it on the older Dodges. I don't so much on the 2009 up trucks unless they have had the emissions removed.
