Wrong in some respects. There have been some cases where HHO has shown some MODERATE improvements, but in other cases emissions / economy has suffered. There is a shedload of real research with proper peer-review to be done to validate any findings.
I am a hardened sceptic but can be swayed by REAL, HARD EVIDENCE.
