Here's a pic of my smooth wheel covers... I used the lug nut covers that retained the factory hubcaps, and screwed my wheel covers to them... Sadly, I only had enough for three per wheel, but it seems to be holding well enough...
FE seems to be slightly up after the install... It takes just a little less load to cruise at 50/55mph, and from Weston to Glenville on US33, I averaged 48.2mpg indicated by the (still uncalibrated) UltraGauge, but from Glenville to Normantown(still going, didn't stop), my average dropped to 44.4 indicated...
