Pretty easy. Buy a degree wheel, bolt it onto the crank and follow any number of videos on how to degree a cam. Measure what the stock one's timing is then slot and play from there. A cheap way is to search google images for a degree wheel, print, glue onto a bit of tin or card and play...

You can also buy offset dowels and bushings - once you know the amounts talk to your local hotrod engine builder.
