I'm running iridium Ngk's, they work great for me and i'm posting up some great numbers with them. Currently @ 200 miles and 3/4 tank
How long has it been since your cap/rotor/plug wires have been replaced?
Valves been adjusted recently?
And just so you know, its not that hard to switch to a manual 5 speed
