Your idle consumption is probably about 0.25 gph. My 2.2 is over .3 If you time your average glide and figure out how many glides you do per tank. You could calculate how much fuel you could save per tank if you switched to EoffC to see if the ROI is worth it.
Had one of my best tanks ever today, 2 really foggy mornings held my speed down, and followed a school bus then an oversized load this morning at little slower than normal. Oddly the car's average speed was still at normal 47-48 mph, 45.8 mpg indicated by car, 45.78 mpg calculated using E15.
Don't know if your heat/ac works the same as the my Cobalts, it appears to have similar rotatory knob, if I get to close to the floor position it turns the AC on to de humidify. The other way to tell when the AC kicks on it will turn recycle off if you have that option.
