Had a couple of cars on this site, the last one just retired after four years' trusty service. Awesome FE, struggled to get less than 75mpg, but the high tax and insurance have forced it off the road. Now rolling in a 2000 my opel corsa b, with the 1.2 16v engine. Was getting about 5.3lhk/44mpgus on a 15% ethanol mix, gradually scaling up the alcohol to see how far it can go. Currently running 35% abv, no driveability issues and lower cost/km than on standard fuel!
