Yep, maintenance items that are superior to factory installed pieces.

Where I live it is getting difficult to find factory civics with manual transmissions, they all tend to have alot of damage and need alot of work.

Usually after my maintenance mods my cars are not only more maintained than other civics, but visually you can see the amount of repairs the next owner will never have to perform. That usually results in a higher resale value
