Yep. And let's not forget that probably 99% of the people who idle their vehicles or use block heaters don't really care about seeing. They want to drive around in a toasty warm car so they don't have to bother dressing for the weather. No different from people who leave their cars idling in parking lots in the summer for the A/C.
