Perhaps I should bias the blade pivot point so that the wind holds it shut at speed? With the blade open, it won't take much force to keep it in that position. The door lock actuator has some friction to overcome with the gearing inside of it, so it will help hold the block in place at what ever position its at, but a little help never hurt.
