Making my own could be feasible. After all, there are 1kW solar kits with tabbing and all for around $250 online. So a 6.6kW solar charger would cost around $1,750, but not including any glass, frames, sealant or inverter. However, it would be about 8" x 25" even stacked in 3!
Maybe I'd have to go with around 3kW instead.
