I know something smaller would be better but 30 miles is enough for most of the time and then unlike a pure electric if you need more 32mpg is pretty spectacular for 8 passenger and room behind the 3Rd row for luggage. Or the ability to fit something 4'x8' in the back with 2 people, or long, skinny, 12' long things and still close the hatch. Once you've had a minivan with kids, you can't give them up. We have tried wagons, crossovers, and SUVS and always have gone back sooner or later.
