I'm new to ecomodder although I've been reading it and similar sites for quite some time. I am curious, has anyone tried using thicker oil? it would seem to make sense in reducing engine friction.
I've had fairly good success in adding acetone to my gas tank. I've been doing this for over a year with no ill effects. After researching as well I'm convinced it will not harm your fuel system in such small amounts. I've recently begun adding Marvel Mystery Oil as well, seems to be doing well but i have no hard numbers yet.
I normally run 5w-30 mobile 1 but i would like to test 10w-30
any Insight?
