New grease

Had my 180,000 mile 03 diesel ram in for ujoints and ball joints. While out, I flushed the front wheel bearings with diesel several times, then loaded the with chevron semy-liquid grease, and a few pumps of moly grease. Not supposed to mix greases, yeah I don't care, ,this little bit won't hurt. Also loaded all 5 front u joints with a caterpillar extreme 5% moly grease, maybe that helped.

First thing I noticed was that the truck rolled in the driveway. Never did that before. And several red lights in town it rolled back too, something it didn't do. I didn't have a chance to do an long trips to measure overal efficiency, but I think it's better. Some unit bearings you can't re-grease, but maybe can with a grease needle. I always had this thought that oil filled bearings would tire asker than grease filled ones. I'd like to do a better trial, but likely wont have time till spring.
