Just add Datsun 240z side pieces over the fuse box. Iirc they were to access the clutch master. In Los Angeles a lot of those cars had louvers punched in those little panels to help the vapor lock issues. Some just ran with the hood released to let out the heat, but I digress. I can't find a good picture to show you, the hood hinged at the front and the small panels hinged at the back. This is a memory from the 1970s.
