It works after a fashion and is interesting. However, at some point, the light, easily evaporated components of the gasoline are used up and the engine cannot run on the thinning fumes. At that point you start fooling with heating your fuel to evaporate more of it. In the end, you end up with those hot vapor carbs others have built.
