Thanks - looks like user error on the time change! - I will give that method a shot.
I've made 2 clips of the MPGuino installed:
The first shows the instant view 0.49MPG issue when the engine enters DFCO.

The second (which is a bit shaky) shows the instrument view - note how when the engine goes into DFCO the injector duty cycle is 0.00 G/h and mpg is shown as 0.00 despite the MPH reading being in the 30's.

In both the above situations, the "old" code showed "- - - MPG".
