Don't know whether to congratulate him, or pity him for living in a place where a reasonable drive would take you through that many lights. Unless I drove around in circles, I'd be in another state before I even got close. Heck, I could probably make it into Canada (on non-interstates, maybe a thousand miles) without cracking 100.
